Marco Rubio is a fervent neoconservative.

His statement is true, but not in the way he means it (it's supposed to be a swipe at Rand Paul and the like). Rubio's foreign policy is the same progressive, leftist, perpetual war, Woodrow Wilson/George W. Bush "making the world safe for democracy", warmongering, military-industrial-complex-benefiting nonsense that has dominated this country for over a decade, and even much longer. 

Yet another extremely dangerous neoconservative.
